We’ve partnered with an established, consumer-facing organisation to hire a skilled Senior Loyalty and Membership Performance Manager into a high-visibility global insights function. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer value, with real influence over how loyalty and membership performance is measured, understood, and optimised at scale. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Loyalty and Membership Performance Manager looking to turn complex customer data into clear insight, and using it to shape tangible decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning loyalty & membership performance frameworks across multiple markets
- Designing dashboards and reporting around engagement, retention and customer lifetime value
- Diagnosing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending strategy
- Partnering with Loyalty, Finance, Operations, Data and Tech teams to ensure data quality and impact
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience at a leading consultancy firm or in a performance/analytics/strategy role within a FTSE100 company
- Experience in loyalty, membership, customer analytics, strategy or consulting
- Strong understanding of CLV, engagement, retention and performance metrics
- Advanced capability in BI tools (Power BI preferred), Excel and automated reporting
- Confident communicator with a commercial, outcomes-focused mindset
- High ownership and senior visibility
