We are working with an innovative digital consultancy client to find a talented Lead Ruby Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Ruby expert who is passionate about building high-performance applications and driving technical excellence.
As the Lead Ruby Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling software solutions for clients across various sectors. This position involves hands-on coding, mentorship, and collaboration, allowing you to influence the development approach and ensure the delivery of top-quality, secure, and scalable products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to shape best practices within the engineering group.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead development of Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
