An innovative FinTech scale-up is seeking their first in-house Product Designer to own the entire design function and create exceptional user experiences across their B2B payments platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape design from the ground up, covering everything from re-branding through to building scalable design systems and delivering a clean, intuitive checkout experience.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in Product Design (experience in FinTech, payments, or checkout optimisation).
- Proven ability to own design end-to-end: from research and discovery to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Strong track record designing conversion-driven checkout flows and simplifying complex data-heavy interfaces.
- Experience building design systems from scratch and scaling design in fast-growth environments.
- Ability to work across branding, product UI/UX, and enterprise-focused B2B solutions.
- Comfortable being hands-on while setting the long-term design vision for the business.
- Strong portfolio showcasing clear design style, what you did, how you did it, displaying the data/KPIs in how you got there.
Key Responsibilities:
- Redesign the checkout flow to improve conversion and overall customer experience.
- Develop and implement a cohesive UI/UX strategy, ensuring data and KPIs are displayed in a clear, simple, and engaging way.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to define and deliver a complete re-brand and product launch.
