They are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, leading hands-on technical delivery and ensuring successful adoption of their platform in real-world environments. This position sits at the crossroads of software engineering, solution architecture, and customer engagement. You’ll be embedded with clients, solving technical challenges, building integrations, and accelerating time-to-value. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead deployments end-to-end, from initial data onboarding to production-ready implementation.
- Design and build integrations connecting the platform to customer systems, cloud services, and data environments.
- Create rapid prototypes and hands-on solutions that demonstrate value quickly.
- Strengthen and scale systems, working with internal engineering teams to turn prototypes into reliable long-term solutions.
- Provide field insight, shaping product improvements based on customer use cases and technical feedback.
What You’ll Bring
- Python engineering knowledge for building, debugging, and optimising functionality.
- Experience working with AI-driven systems, automation, orchestration, or advanced logic frameworks (any exposure is valued).
- Strong understanding of SQL, data pipelines, and handling complex or messy datasets.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Comfort with distributed or high-performance systems—or a strong interest in them.
- Excellent communication ability with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
