Up to £55,000 Base Salary, plus bonus
A well-regarded and market-leading technology research provider is looking for an ambitious Operations Team Lead to join their dynamic Engineering team. The company prides itself in its ability to delivery world class data driven insights to various industries and partnering with businesses to understand their research needs.
As the Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Development Services team, handling the day to day scheduling and coordination of critical data rollouts and releases across not only their SAAS products but also their internal systems and IT facilities working alongside various Team Leads, technical and non technical.
Strong experience within SaaS service and IT Operations management
Ability to be commercially driven with a Project Management mindset
Knowledge of IS0 27001and other policies and processes is preferable
