We’re working with a fast-growing tech scale-up transforming the HealthTech sector through data-driven innovation and cutting-edge cloud technology.
They are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Platform & Infrastructure to lead their cloud architecture and DevOps function. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the foundation on which their engineering teams build and scale products.
As part of the senior engineering leadership team, you’ll drive the roadmap for infrastructure, improve platform reliability and developer velocity, and ensure they are building in a secure, cost-efficient, and scalable way.
- Lead the design and evolution of cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Own DevOps and platform engineering strategy - from CI/CD pipelines to observability and incident response.
- Grow and mentor a team of platform engineers, SREs, and DevOps specialists.
- Deep expertise with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/CDK, etc).
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
