As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the development and delivery of their cutting-edge platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team focused on personalisation, game discovery, and entertainment-driven experiences in the sports betting and iGaming space.
As Head of Engineering, you will report to the CTO and play a key role in driving the technical execution of the company’s vision. You’ll be responsible for leading engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and maintaining the scalability, performance and security of the platform.
Your Experience:
- Strong experience in engineering leadership roles, ideally within the iGaming or sports betting industry
- Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of software architecture, development best practices, and system integration
- Familiarity with iGaming technologies, including game APIs and third-party integrations
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and data compliance standards
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
