A leading global sports and entertainment brand is seeking a Product Manager to drive the roadmap for their AdTech platforms, ensuring innovative, data‑driven solutions that connect brands with millions of fans worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to shape how advertising technology is developed and scaled across a diverse portfolio of market‑leading brands. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to evolve AdTech capabilities, deliver value to partners, and enhance the fan experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or product ownership, with at least 2–3 years in AdTech or digital media.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad servers, DMPs, DSPs, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and integrations across AdTech/martech ecosystems.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) within advertising contexts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to drive insights from data to inform product strategy.
  • Bonus: experience in sports media, betting, or other fast‑paced digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AdTech platforms, ensuring alignment with business and commercial goals.
  • Gather and prioritise requirements across marketing, sales, partnerships, and analytics teams.
  • Oversee the integration and optimisation of AdTech solutions to maximise targeting accuracy, campaign effectiveness, and partner value.
  • Ensure all platforms and integrations comply with data privacy regulations.
  • Define how advertising and audience data can be embedded into products and tools to enhance user experience, customisation, and monetisation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and provide stakeholders with clear, regular updates on the AdTech roadmap and performance.
