  • Develop modern, high-performance frontend applications using TypeScript and a modern JavaScript framework.
  • Architect and maintain real-time data pipelines using event-driven systems and streaming technologies.
  • Work across cloud-based serverless and containerised infrastructure to deploy scalable, production-ready systems.
  • Integrate LLM APIs and AI-powered workflows into product functionality and engineering processes.
  • Leverage AI coding assistants and modern development tooling to accelerate development and automate workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with a small, high-trust engineering team to ship features quickly and reliably.
  • Take ownership of system architecture, infrastructure decisions, and production deployments.

Core Technology Stack:

  • Backend: Java, distributed messaging systems, relational databases, Docker, infrastructure as code
  • Frontend: TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Infrastructure: Cloud-native serverless and containerised environments
  • AI Tooling: Regular use of AI-powered development tools and coding assistants

What We’re Looking For in a Full-Stack Engineer:

  • A polyglot engineering mindset with the ability to work across multiple languages and systems.
  • Strong experience building backend services and distributed systems.
  • Ability to read, understand, and contribute to Java-based systems.
  • Frontend experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Svelte, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs from leading providers.
  • Regular use of AI tools and coding assistants to increase development velocity and automate workflows.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals including testing, documentation, security, and performance optimisation.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments where ownership, clarity, and delivery are expected.

Nice to Have’s as a Full-Stack Engineer:

  • Experience in sports technology, live event data systems, or digital media platforms.
  • Exposure to streaming technologies or real-time data processing frameworks.
  • Strong experience designing data architectures and large-scale distributed systems.
