Job Description Director of Product Location : Hybrid : London Type : Permanent Salary : Up to £140,000 Plus benefits A unique and highly reputed luxury travel organisation is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Product to take ownership and elevate their product capability across B2B2C and B2C products, ranging from luxury brands and prestigious banking clients to a direct-to-consumer service for affluent clients. You will be the Director of Product spearheading their business-critical product department that will enable the organisation to utilise their data to enhance their customer offerings and experience. Now going through an exciting period of change and restructure, their newly hired CTPO, is seeking a Director of Product who is an intuitive and diverse team leader to be the driving force behind the Product capability to enable them to execute their mission to provide a deluxe travel experience to all consumers and companies that engage with their brand. As the Director of Product, you will have the following : Demonstrable Product Leadership experience in a similar level for at least 5 years. Broad business and technology understanding. Effective at translating business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements. Experience leading multiple cross functional, agile, Product teams Use a blend of data, insight, and personal intuition to make decisions. Experience working across Web and Mobile product development. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
