Formula is partnering with a leading global organisation to find a dynamic and experienced Delivery Director to spearhead a major digital transformation initiative. In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of complex programmes, ensuring all workstreams are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s global strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities as the Delivery Director:
- Drive the digital transformation delivery strategy aligned with business and product goals, lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Align priorities and execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage complex digital programmes, establish governance frameworks, and ensure agile adoption, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Define vendor strategy, oversee partnerships, and optimise performance and value through structured governance and relationship management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team; foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, and collaboration across disciplines.
- Track delivery KPIs, manage budgets and resources, drive efficiency, and report performance and risks to senior leadership.
Your Experience as the Delivery Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Senior-level experience in digital delivery and transformation.
- Proven success managing large-scale programmes and vendor partnerships.
- Experience in multi-site, customer-facing industries.
- Strategic, results-driven leader with strong programme management expertise.
- Skilled in agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery.
