We are seeking a Contract Senior Product Manager to join a leading retail organisation at a pivotal stage of digital transformation. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the digital content domain, driving how products and content are presented across the online customer experience.
The focus of this role is to lead the end-to-end delivery of content platforms and capabilities, including content management, product information, search, and merchandising tools. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate, engaging, and high-quality product information across all digital touchpoints.
The team are looking for an experienced Contract Senior Product Manager who is comfortable operating in complex environments, leading multiple workstreams, and managing both delivery and strategy across digital content platforms.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:- Own and drive end-to-end delivery across digital content platforms
- Take responsibility for how products and content are presented across ecommerce channels
- Experience leading initiatives across Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), search, and merchandising tools
- Able to manage multiple workstreams
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned to commercial objectives
- Manage budgets across projects and business-as-usual delivery
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams
- Looking for someone with a Delivery Manager background
- E-commerce experience is a MUST
- Day Rate: Up to £550 - £600 per day (IR35 TBD)
- Duration: 6 months initially, with strong potential for extension
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in London
- Start: Need to be Immediate
