A well-established B2C company are undergoing a major refresh of its digital ecosystem, and they’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of their core revenue generating web platform. In this role, you’ll help shape how users discover content, plan actions, and interact with a high-traffic platform used globally.

You’ll be part of a lean cross-functional team focused on delivering intuitive, insight-driven digital experiences while moving towards more personalised and adaptive user journeys.

Responsibilities
  • Defining the vision and roadmap strategy for core web journeys.
  • Building a strong understanding of user behaviour through research, data, and experimentation.
  • Optimising browsing and purchase flows to improve engagement, conversion, and overall satisfaction.
  • Leading initiatives that enhance relevance through contextual and personalised experiences.
  • Driving an experimentation mindset across the team, validating ideas through A/B tests and rapid iterations.
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality improvements at pace.
  • Keeping stakeholders aligned and informed with clear communication around goals, rationale, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Around 5+ years of experience in B2C product management.
  • Skilled at taking early-stage concepts through prototyping and into full delivery.
  • Strong commercial intuition and a clear understanding of what drives customer value.
  • Mixed-method research experience and comfort with user-centred design.
  • Practical experience working in agile teams and applying lean product principles.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with product and analytics tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Collaborative working style and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
