We’re partnering with a regulated institutional digital asset platform that is redefining how institutions access secure, risk-adjusted crypto yield. As they enter their next phase of growth, they are seeking a senior technology leader to set and execute a forward-looking technology vision that will enable the evolution of their platform and support long-term scalability, security, and compliance. This is a leadership opportunity within a high-performing engineering team where you will shape next-generation infrastructure, and deliver impact at scale in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution across the platform.
  • Lead engineering delivery, infrastructure, and security while partnering with Product, Risk, and Operations.
  • Design and implement a migration path from legacy custodial systems to vault-native structures.
  • Champion engineering excellence across quality, reliability, security, and operational discipline.
  • Build and scale a world-class engineering team with clear accountability and growth paths.
  • Represent technology in senior leadership discussions, partner engagements, and institutional due diligence.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling engineering teams in high-growth B2B, fintech, or infrastructure-led environments.
  • Strong technical background in cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, and security-critical platforms.
  • Experience managing parallel systems and executing controlled migrations without client disruption.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical detail with business strategy.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high accountability.

Bonus:

  • Experience in crypto, DeFi, or digital asset infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with smart contracts, hybrid on-chain/off-chain architectures, and regulatory frameworks (MiCA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
