We’re partnered with a global leader in the entertainment industry. They’re looking for a Change & Training Manager to support a Finance ERP transformation across Germany, Europe, and APAC. You’ll lead change adoption, training strategy, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure a smooth rollout.
Responsibilities
- Lead the change management and adoption strategy across German sites.
- Develop and oversee training plans tailored to local needs and audiences.
- Manage the creation and localisation of training materials and communication content.
- Partner with Finance Directors and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Deliver clear and engaging communications to support awareness and readiness.
- Monitor adoption, feedback, and engagement, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Act as a key liaison between global teams and local stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading change management within large-scale ERP implementations, ideally in Germany.
- Strong understanding of finance operations and ERP systems (NetSuite highly desirable).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and training design.
- Fluent or conversational German preferred; excellent English essential.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Germany, including multi-day and occasional weekend workshops.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and empathetic approach, capable of managing cultural nuances.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex global environment.
