We’re looking for a driven Business Analyst to join an organisation in the energy sector working on a high-impact project aimed at modernising the UK energy market. A great opportunity to be part of a transformative initiative shaping the future of the industry.
The role will focus on driving successful change strategies by defining problems, creating investment cases and producing clear business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:- Define and agree the business analysis approach for assigned programs, taking ownership of tasks and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Develop investment cases aligned with strategic goals, presenting clear options and recommendations.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements using a range of tools to support effective, stakeholder aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to shape solutions that meet business outcomes.
- Clearly communicate to drive continuous improvement in line with best practises, enterprise architecture and strategic roadmaps.
- Self-driven and proactive, with strong problem-solving mindset.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement with the ability to simplify and communicate complex processes and requirements.
- Proficient in business analysis techniques and familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Quick to gain domain knowledge, ideally with experience in energy or finance sectors.
- Experienced in requirement gathering, process modelling and business case development.
