Job Description
Business Analyst – 12 month FTC
Salary – £55,000 – £70,000 basic + benefits
Location – London Hybrid 1-2 days a week
We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join a major global betting and gaming company during a period of significant transformation. Sitting within a large change program, this role will support the implementation of a new procurement platform and help streamline business systems across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead core Business Analysis activities across the project, including requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping and stakeholder workshops.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of current systems and workflows, and translate these into clear future requirements for the new platform.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and third-party partners to support configuration and development of the new procurement system.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs, regulatory expectations and internal standards.
- Support decision-making by providing structured analysis, clear documentation and well-reasoned recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong foundation in core Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, documentation, workshop facilitation, process analysis, stakeholder management.
- Understanding of internal business systems and how they integrate within large organisations.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
