It's a genuinely different product with a growing international footprint and hundreds of millions of pounds already moving through the platform. They're hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take full ownership of their data platform.
This is a hands-on hybrid role.
You'll build and run the pipelines behind their regulated reporting, and you'll also work with Product and commercial teams to turn their questions into metrics, models and recommendations.
What you'll be doing:
Owning dbt models on BigQuery, from raw transactional data through to business and reporting layersModelling data across finance, compliance, product, marketing and revenue, with data quality testing built inRunning the regulatory reporting pipeline end to end, including reconciliations and a clear audit trailMigrating legacy reports onto a modern, tested pipelineKeeping documentation, lineage and the data catalogue currentBuilding self-serve datasets and supporting forecasting and planningWhat you'll bring:5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering or senior analytics, ideally in fintech or another regulated environmentStrong SQL and hands-on dbt experience, with BigQuery preferredSolid modelling fundamentals: incremental models, lineage and testingExperience with scheduled pipelines and file delivery integrationsExposure to financial or regulatory reporting and reconciliationPython xohmjla for automationConfidence working with non-technical stakeholders and turning ambiguity into clear metricsWhat's on Offer: Up to 90,000 base salaryEquity optionsA flat structure with direct access to leadership and real influence over how the engineering team evolvesIf you want real ownership of a data platform in a regulated, high-growth fintech, apply now!
