Essentials for a Senior Product Compliance ManagerSubstantial experience owning product compliance or quality engineering for electrical or electronic hardware, with full ownershipExpert working knowledge of CE marking across EMC, Low Voltage, Machinery and radio, plus RoHS and UKCAEvidence of taking products through certification from design stage to launchExperience managing external test labs and notified bodies, including handling failures and getting retests turned round without the launch slippingComfortable building and maintaining technical files and DoCs to a standard that survives an auditAble to read regulatory text and turn it into something an engineer can act on..
