Overview
In this role you will shape a new internal systems product function for a major sports organisation.
You will own the vision and roadmap for corporate systems across HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations, and lead end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
You will drive integrations with broader enterprise platforms and govern security, data protection, and change control.
You will manage vendor relationships, track budgets and enable adoption through training and communications.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements through deployment
- Build and manage integrations with enterprise platforms (working with Enterprise Architecture)
- Govern change control, security and data protection
- Manage vendor and third-party delivery relationships
- Track budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
- Drive user adoption via training, communication and support
