The programme is consolidating a fragmented estate and standardising how things are done across the group. It's early days, the team is lean and the structure is still being shaped.As a Change Lead you'd own the people side of the programme. That means getting teams across different parts of the business to adopt new ways of working, bringing functions together that haven't previously worked closely, and making sure the changes stick rather than fading out once the tech lands.
