We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our legal team at Formula 1 on a 13‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer, this role provides varied, hands‑on support across the Legal Department and offers exposure to senior stakeholders and high‑impact workstreams in a fast‑moving environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Legal Department
  • Assist with typing, formatting and preparation of legal and business documents
  • Organise meetings for managers, including preparation of materials where required
  • Manage diaries and liaise with managers on upcoming meetings, invitations and requests
  • Liaise with external service providers including notaries, Companies House and corporate administrators
  • Administer expenses for the Legal team
  • Proactively identify and anticipate administrative requirements
  • Take ownership of tasks and support ad‑hoc requests as needed
  • Manage general administration including archiving, scanning and filing
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete mandatory training within required timelines and operate safely in line with company health and safety requirements

Experience

  • Previously performed a team administration role
  • Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Experienced working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Desirable Experience

  • Previous legal experience, either in‑house or within private practice
  • Experience working within international live events and/or the sports industry

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills with extensive document production experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Ability to manage an electronic and paper filing system, including tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Ability to work under time constraints and pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised and efficiently manage and prioritise own workload while meeting deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
