Role Overview: We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Director of Racing Systems. In this role, you will be providing high-level business and administrative support to the Director.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high level executive business and administrative support to the Director across day-to-day duties.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with stakeholders (internal/external), using expert levels of communication.
- Strategic multi-tasking and impeccable organisation skills.
- Managing projects, creating and maintaining status tracking reports, ensuring all deadlines are met and following-up with contributors (internal/external) as required.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, word documents and agendas with high attention to detail.
- Perform meeting planning, and preparation, including minute taking and distribution.
- Maintain forward-looking oversight of the Director’s schedule, ensuring thorough preparation for all meetings.
- Thorough diary management working across several different time zones.
- Screen enquiries and requests and responding within a timely manner.
- Maintain the highest standards of respect, integrity, and discretion, ensuring matters are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Administer, coordinate, and submit monthly expense claim forms and credit card paperwork.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with the Travel department; to include visa applications and checking itineraries.
- Support with the department budget preparation.
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues and liaise with the IT department when additional support or escalation is needed.
- Ability to provide out-of-hours support when the Director has travel commitments.

- Experience of working within a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Experience working for a high-profile company.
Knowledge & Skills: Prior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate:
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external).
- Ability to work under time constraints and pressure with constant change in priorities all the while remaining calm.
- Able to work with initiative, unsupervised, and to efficiently manage and prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining deadlines.
- Minute taking.
- Knowledge of Formula 1 would be desirable.
