The Future Race Operations (FRO) Programme is a major transformation
initiative aligned with Formula 1’s 2030 Net Zero ambition. Its core aim is toreduce reliance on air freightby shifting tosea and land freight, thereby cutting costs and emissions. This involves rethinking how trackside operations are structured and supported, including equipment, logistics, planning, technology and team workflows.
We are looking for a motivated individual to support the delivery of this critical programme, working directly with the Director of Transport Logistics & Cargo and Director of Strategy – as well as several other senior stakeholders across the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support delivery of the FRO Programme, working closely with the programme leadership to define & embed operational change required to transition to the new race operating model
Shape and implement organisational changes through broad stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new processes and tools
Work closely with programme sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, resourcing, work plan and budget for FRO change initiatives
Manage key workstreams ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
Deliver projects in line with FRO governance process ensuring complete alignment across critical F1 stakeholders
Track transformation progress through KPIs and deliver insights for continuous improvement, managing issues and risks with clear mitigation plans, following an escalation process where needed
