We are looking for a talented Editor to join our Content Production team, creating compelling and high quality video content for Formula 1’s digital platforms. Based at the Formula 1 Media & Technology Centre in Biggin Hill, you will work closely with Senior Producers and Producers to deliver engaging edits that bring the sport to life for fans around the world. This role includes supporting content delivery during race weekends and may require working hours aligned with international time zones, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Edit dynamic, engaging video content for F1’s digital and social platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Grade footage, mix audio, and deliver polished edits that meet brand, tone and platform requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Producers to interpret briefs and execute compelling visual storytelling.
- Create motion graphics and visual elements in Adobe After Effects when required.
- Support live race weekend content delivery, adapting to shifting time zones.
- Stay up to date with Formula 1 news, results, stories and wider motorsport developments.
- Keep current with editing software improvements, new digital formats and evolving content trends.
- Organise media assets, manage project structures, and maintain efficient workflows.
What Are We Looking For?
Someone who is creative, technically strong, proactive, and passionate about delivering high quality digital content in a fast-moving environment.
Experience
- Have 3–5 years’ experience editing TV and/or digital video content.
- Have experience working with non-linear editing systems, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role:
- Experience producing or editing motorsport content.
- Experience using Blender or Photoshop, with an eye for composition.
- Experience creating motion graphics within Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects with the ability to build graphical elements.
- A broad understanding of digital production techniques, equipment and workflows.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
- A solid understanding of Formula 1 and the wider motorsport landscape, or a strong willingness to develop this quickly.
Qualifications
- A Media Studies qualification or equivalent with a focus on TV or digital post-production.
- Not essential to be successful in the role but you may also have the following qualifications:
- Additional or advanced training in non-linear editing, especially Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

- Adaptable, with the ability to switch between varied tasks and projects.
