We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office at Formula 1. Reporting into our Head of PMO, you will support our Programme Manager with the delivery of strategic programmes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned project(s) in line with the F1 PMO Methodology, from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scope documents in partnership with all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project performance updates and manage direct responsibilities with all stakeholders.
- Manage project resource demand and capacity across all projects.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues, following an escalation process where required.
- Lead regular project review meetings covering cost, schedule, resources, RAID and RAG statuses.

Qualifications
- Prince 2 Practitioner – required.

- Proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner.
- Capability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Waterfall methodology.
- Experience managing a complex project portfolio and multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Experience in the motorsport or media industry is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
