This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless travel arrangements for our Race and Business teams throughout the season, ensuring every journey runs like clockwork.
As a Travel Co-Ordinator, you’ll take charge of all aspects of group travel logistics from strategic planning and budgeting to booking flights and accommodation. Your mission: to deliver smooth, efficient, and policy-compliant travel experiences that keep our high-performance teams moving at top speed.
Key Responsibilities;
- Coordinate travel for Race and Business teams, liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Source optimal travel routes and fares in line with company procedures.
- Manage flight manifests, visa/passport requirements, and hotel room lists.
- Maintain accurate travel itineraries for multiple global events.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Williams travel app and tools.
- Keep traveller data and travel-related information up to date.
- Assist with post-event invoice consolidation and administrative tasks.
