About the team

We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.

The Role

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Purchasing Graduate to join our growing Procurement team in Bristol. In this entry-level role, you’ll support the efficient sourcing and supply of high-quality materials and components to our engineering and production teams. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in procurement within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

You’ll work closely with experienced buyers and suppliers, helping to manage procurement processes, maintain accurate purchasing data, and ensure seamless communication across teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor records and data within the purchasing system
  • Create and maintain part records in the procurement system
  • Provide day-to-day support to Buyers with purchasing activities
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining online supplier accounts
  • Keep purchasing systems updated with accurate, up-to-date supplier and order information
  • Communicate with vendors regularly to track order progress and flag any delays or changes in delivery timelines

About You

Essential:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with purchasing or ERP systems (training can be provided)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Desirable:

  • A relevant degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Any prior experience in a procurement or operations environment
