We have an exciting opportunity starting September 2026 for an Apprentice within our IT Business Management Systems team. Working from our state-of-the-art campus in Milton Keynes, you will be immersed into the heart of our manufacturing facility which includes some of the industry’s most impressive technology.

The Business Management Systems team are responsible for supporting our HR Department and managing HR Systems with configuration changes, data quality, integrations, security and release management. This role works predominately with HR and IT departments.

As part of our open minded, dynamic & inclusive environment, working alongside our championship winning team, not only will you gain specialist skills but also a Level 3 qualification all whilst making a valuable contribution to our success.

Your role:

  • To work in a supported learning environment to develop the skills and knowledge which will assist the apprentice to complete their qualification and have a solid background in supporting HRIS systems.
  • To undertake systems support and configuration and other related activities.
  • To work closely with the HR, IT and Finance teams to understand their requests and help translate them into technical requirements.

To be considered you will need:

  • 5 GCSE’s grade 9 – 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English and Science
  • A passion for winning, with a good working ethic and willingness to learn
  • Team spirit, creativity, sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office competency
  • Able to travel daily to our Milton Keynes Campus
