You’ll work hands-on with our iconic machines, building, servicing and maintaining Heritage cars for test days, events and special projects. To be considered for the RBEA:

  • 5 GCSE’s grade 9 – 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English and Science
  • A demonstrable passion through personal projects, competitions, or practical experience

  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Curiosity, creativity and the courage to challenge your personal performance boundaries

Skills You’ll Master:

  • Building a strong understanding of how our Heritage cars are assembled, maintained and prepared for events
  • Learning to strip, rebuild and service components with precision, following technical drawings and build specifications
  • Developing confidence using workshop tools, equipment and measurement devices to complete tasks accurately
  • Working side-by-side with experienced technicians to diagnose issues, solve problems and keep cars running at their best
  • Growing your communication skills by collaborating with the Heritage Team, Build and other engineering groups
  • Building excellent organisational habits to keep your workspace, tools and parts safe, clean and ready for use
