We have an exciting opportunity starting September 2026 for an Apprentice within our Assembly Group Team. Working from our state-of-the-art campus in Milton Keynes, you will be immersed into the heart of our manufacturing facility which includes some of the industry’s most impressive technology, supporting the manufacturing of critical powertrains components.

As part of our open minded, dynamic & inclusive environment, working alongside our championship winning team, you will gain specialist skills and a Level 3 qualification while making a valuable contribution to our success.

Your role:

  • Build, service and maintain assemblies upon request of Assembly Group Team Leaders & Head of Assembly (Chassis).
  • Become an integral member of the Assembly Group team ensuring there is free and open discussion to promote ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Champion the Supply Chain performance framework – OGSM.
  • Ensure the highest standards of operation, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Maintain assemblies in accordance with Production Control Group build specification, revision control, component lifing and hardware allocations.
  • Ensure all Design updates are captured through use of the company CSI Index and assembly drawings.
  • Communicate all build quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders and ensure any faults or NCRs are recorded via internal business systems.

To be considered you will need:

  • 5 GCSE’s grade 9 – 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English and Science.
  • A passion for winning, with a good working ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Team spirit, creativity, sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office competency.
  • Able to travel daily to our Milton Keynes Campus.
