General Summary: This role reports to the Head of HR Legal (UK) and Talent Management or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK. The role supports the delivery of departmental objectives by contributing to day‑to‑day operations across relevant functions, working collaboratively to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. Subject to business need and the duration of the absence being covered, the contract may be extended for a further period, up to a maximum total duration of 12 months. The fixed-term nature of this position reflects a genuine temporary requirement to ensure continuity of business operations and delivery while the substantive postholder is on maternity leave.
