We are looking for a commercially aware, highly organised and confident Media Account Executive to support client delivery across multiple accounts. This is a client‑facing role for someone who can think clearly, communicate confidently and operate comfortably across campaign delivery, reporting, planning and account development. You should be comfortable working across both detail and performance thinking – understanding not only how campaigns run, but what drives results and where opportunities exist to improve outcomes. Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Act as day‑to‑day contact across client accounts
- Lead clear, confident communication across email, calls and meetings
- Translate client objectives into actionable campaign requirements
- Present updates, performance commentary and recommendations clearly
- Build trust through reliability, clarity and strong account handling
- Campaign Delivery
- Support campaign planning, set‑up and optimisation across Paid Social, PPC and broader digital channels
- Work across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other key platforms
- Coordinate internal delivery across media, creative and reporting requirements
- Monitor budgets, timelines and campaign accuracy
- Ensure campaigns are delivered to a consistently high standard
- Search & Visibility
- Support SEO‑led thinking across content, keyword intent and search performance
- Understand GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and how brands increasingly appear inside AI‑led search environments
- Help connect paid and organic visibility strategies
- AI‑Enabled Working
- Use platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude confidently within day‑to‑day work
- Apply AI tools for research, reporting, analysis, idea generation and workflow efficiency
- Understand where AI improves output without compromising quality
- Performance & Insight
- Analyse campaign data and identify clear actions
