This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Agency Media Manager, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to work remotely. The Agency Media Manager will oversee clients, media planning, creative and strategy development, coordinate campaigns across multiple media platforms, and foster client relationships. This role includes working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are impactful, results‑driven, and align with client objectives.
The candidate must know their way around Meta and Google ads, understand Google Analytics and have basic knowledge of how to report and present findings, and set up, test and manage digital ads tracking, UTMs and analytics. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets effectively, managing media buyers, designers and staying updated on emerging trends in new media, understanding and leading pitch processes, writing proposals and delivering them, using and demonstrating the use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and others, building AI workflows and putting agentic AI into everyday delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in media planning, buying, reporting and strategy to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other digital channels.
- Proficiency in new media and communication tools to manage modern, innovative media channels.
- Demonstrable knowledge in AI and workplace usage, and understanding of building workflows.
- Proven ability in public relations and communication to build strong client relationships and deliver clear messaging.
- Ability to set up ads tracking and measurement across digital channels.
- Experience analysing campaign performance data to optimise results and strategy.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
