We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Track Supervisor to lead, develop and inspire our track team at Formula Fast Karting in Milton Keynes.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help deliver race events, coach team members, maintain exceptional safety and service standards, and work with our Operations Manager to continually improve the circuit and guest experience.
You’ll be suited to the role if you:
- Have previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Enjoy coaching and developing people
- Take ownership and lead by example
- Stay calm and decisive in a fast‑paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for motorsport and excellent customer experiences
Experience in karting, motorsport, attractions or venue operations would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
