We\'re currently recruiting for the position of Track Supervisor.
You\'ll be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our circuit.
Responsible for leading the performance of our track team, you\'ll ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism and guest experience are maintained at all times.
As a Track Supervisor, you oversee, support and develop the Track Team, and play a key role in continuously improving our track operations.

You\'ll be responsible for
- Staying actively involved in daily track operations, helping to lead and run events
- Leading, supporting and developing the Track Team
- Carrying out regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews
- Delivering onboard training and coaching for new and existing team members
- Identifying development opportunities and supporting staff progression
- Ensuring all track procedures are followed consistently and to the highest standard
- Leading by example during race events, regularly acting as Race Director
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to review and improve track performance and overall guest experience
- Planning and leading track maintenance, repairs and upgrade projects
- Monitoring departmental performance and maintaining exceptional operational standards
- Supporting wider venue operations whenever required
You\'ll need
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in the industry
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- The ability to coach, motivate and develop others
- Confidence making decisions and taking ownership of standards
- A high level of safety awareness and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- A passion for motorsport and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
