As the world’s first sport certified Net Zero Carbon from inception, Formula E combines thrilling entertainment with a mission to advance sustainable progress.

The Role

Are you a high-level hospitality professional ready to orchestrate the guest experience for the world’s most innovative racing series? This mission‑critical position serves as the primary architect of the journey for our most influential stakeholders, ensuring every dignitary and C‑suite visitor experiences the pinnacle of world‑class service. Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Guest Journey & CRM Command: Own the VIP lifecycle from the initial request to post‑race feedback, building detailed, high‑security guest profiles within our CRM tool and documenting preferences, dietary requirements and engagement history.
  • Strategic Stakeholder & Logistics Synergy: Operate as the operational pulse point for the CEO’s office and department leads, coordinating VIP ticketing and accreditation, managing executive gifting, and ensuring all administrative details align with corporate compliance.
  • On‑Site Leadership & Operational Excellence: Travel internationally to be the face of VIP relations, executing guest arrivals, meet‑and‑greet sessions, and high‑pressure troubleshooting during race weekends, while delivering executive briefing documents and ad‑hoc requests with discretion.

What we’re looking for in you

  • The VIP Specialist: Proven experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment such as sports, entertainment or luxury hospitality, with a track record of working with C‑suite individuals, dignitaries or VIPs.
  • The Precision Planner: Legendary attention to detail, organisational skills for confidential data, and administrative proficiency with IT systems, CRM tools and financial documentation (POs/Invoices) without error.
  • The Resilient Problem‑Solver: Natural team player with a can‑do attitude, high integrity, thriving under pressure, navigating tight deadlines and the demanding hours of a global racing calendar.
  • The Global Ambassador: Self‑motivated, willing to travel extensively, culturally aware, and experienced as a PA or EA to a CEO is a significant plus; a passion for motorsport and sustainability is desirable.

What’s in it for you

  • 25 days’ annual leave, birthday day off and wellbeing leave
  • Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event
  • Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Flexible bank holidays
  • Paid volunteer and carer’s leave
  • Cycle‑to‑work and electric car scheme
  • FormulaE store discount
  • Regular social events and employee working groups
