Your Role

Sitting within the broader Commercial team, this role will focus on supporting sales, marketing and operational success across the Ticketing function of the championship. Working in conjunction with a complex network of stakeholders to deliver best in class service to our fans, teams and partners.

Key Deliverables

  1. Effective and timely management of departmental inboxes.
  2. Maximising revenue by liaising with external race promoters and local stakeholders to understand and support race sales.
  3. Liaising with internal teams to understand, process and deliver their Ticketing requirements.
  4. Supporting effective inventory management, ensuring it is best placed/available for commercial success.
  5. Maintaining a consistent standard through multiple ticketing customer journeys.
  6. Recognising potential problems and opportunities through ongoing analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Leading on the Ticketing sales, strategy and operations at selected races.
  2. General administrative & customer services support.
  3. Collating live inventory & sales reports and advising on any changes that need to be made.
  4. Actioning & maintaining all processes in relation to ecosystem ticket orders, including but not limited to: Managing Bookings, Ticket Distribution & Invoicing.
  5. Be the department ‘Accessibility Champion’ to ensure best practice at all races.
  6. Attend races and generally support Ticketing Managers, as required.
  7. Ensuring that all relevant information is communicated speedily and accurately in a way that ensures information is received and understood in a timely fashion. Ensure all documentation and communication pertaining to ecosystem ticketing is accurate, appropriate and correctly distributed.

What We Are Looking For

Experience required:
Experience in a Ticketing role.

Skills and aptitudes required:
Strong numeracy.
Proficient with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
Organised.

Personal qualities required:
Proactive go-getter.
Multi-tasker.
Problem solver.

Educational attainment:
Degree is desirable but not essential.

Circumstances:
Ability to travel to International race locations as required.
