The Role
We are looking for a Senior Team & Manufacturers Partnerships Manager to join the Formula E team. This isn’t just an account management role; it is an elite leadership position at the heart of our commercial engine, working directly with the world-class teams and manufacturers that define the future of electric mobility. Reporting to the Teams & Manufacturers Partnerships Director, you will be the strategic architect of our most critical commercial relationships. As Formula E continues to scale globally, you will serve as the primary lead for legendary Teams and Manufacturers, ensuring that their investment translates into measurable success, brand dominance and a "best-in-class" hospitality experience that sets the gold standard in global sport.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership & Growth: You are the lead consultant for our most prestigious partners. You don’t just manage expectations; you exceed them. By deeply understanding partner business objectives, you anticipate needs and identify opportunities for new or incremental revenue growth. You lead the compilation and tracking of all reporting, ensuring that every KPI is met with precision and every commercial objective is delivered with measurable ROI.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: You are the internal "voice" for our teams and manufacturers. You act as the bridge between the paddock and our internal departments, collaborating with Digital, Event Experience, Finance and Sustainability teams. Whether you are overseeing the timely approval of global marketing assets or ensuring 100% brand guideline compliance, you ensure that the Formula E ecosystem operates as a seamless, high-performance machine.
- Race-Week Operations & Elite Hospitality: You own the "ground game" at international race locations. In the high-pressure environment of a global street race, you oversee the planning and execution of world-class events, hospitality and ticketing programmes. You are responsible for ensuring an "unforgettable" end-to-end guest experience for VIPs, media and partners, turning the intensity of a race weekend into a flawlessly orchestrated commercial showcase.
- Team Management & Coaching: You are a developer of talent. You directly manage and nurture the Partnership Coordinator, fostering their career growth and ensuring operational consistency across the function. By providing expert coaching and driving a "solutions-focused" culture, you ensure your team maintains the elite standards required to serve the world’s leading automotive brands.
What We’re Looking For in You
- Partnership Powerhouse: You possess a proven track record of success in a senior sponsorship or account management role within global sports or entertainment. You understand the complexities of high-level stakeholder management and have demonstrated the ability to navigate relationships with major automotive manufacturers and technical suppliers with professional poise.
- Operational Master: You thrive in the fast-paced, multi-project environment of international race operations. With exceptional organisational skills and a "can-do" mindset, you remain calm and decisive under pressure. You are a natural relationship-builder who enjoys working across diverse departments to deliver complex marketing activations on a global stage.
- Commercial Strategist: You are growth-oriented and proactive. You possess the analytical mindset to track ROI and the creative flair to develop innovative marketing solutions that improve how partners engage with the Championship. You have a deep understanding of brand stewardship and the ability to oversee asset production across both digital and physical platforms.
- Global Ambassador: You are a master of strategic communication with a global mindset. Comfortable with international travel and working within various cultural business contexts, you possess the "cultural intelligence" to adapt your style to any market. While not mandatory, multilingualism is a significant advantage as we deliver world-class experiences in iconic cities around the world.

- 25 days’ annual leave, Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave
- Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event
- Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app
- Enhanced Parental Leave
- Flexible Bank Holidays
