The role sits at the intersection of smart data and creative execution to drive commercial growth across regions. We are the home of Global Electric Street Racing.

Responsibilities

  • Global Leadership & Regional Ownership: Act as the strategic lead for the global Race GTM team, mentoring the Americas and APAC GTM Managers toward revenue goals while owning the central EMEA go-to-market plan that aligns departments on regional marketing strategy, audience priorities and ticket sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional & Agency Alignment: Collaborate with Communications, Content, Talent, Marketing and Ticketing; manage the GTM agency roster and ensure partnerships deliver against high-stakes ambitions.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytical Rigour: Lead paid media and performance marketing for the region, allocate spend across channels, own the EMEA performance framework, and derive insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Decision Authority: Partner with host city directors and race promoters to focus on conversion and brand alignment; exercise local marketing decision authority and adjust campaigns in real time to maintain speed and efficacy.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor cross-regional teams and manage external agency relationships, uniting internal and external stakeholders around a cohesive master plan.

Qualifications

  • The Strategic Marketing Visionary: Proven track record delivering large-scale, full-funnel go-to-market strategies in sports, entertainment, or high-growth global industries; ability to drive ticket sales and ROI through creative execution and audience engagement.
  • The Analytical Mastermind: Data-driven with experience managing performance marketing budgets and multi-channel strategies (paid social, search, affiliate, programmatic); ability to extract actionable insights and optimise conversions in real time.
  • The Empowering Leader: Experience mentoring cross-regional teams and managing external agency relationships; skilled at rallying cross-functional departments around a single plan.
  • The Agile Decision-Maker: Comfortable with autonomy in fast-paced environments; capable of making quick campaign adjustments and tactical decisions without escalation.
  • The Collaborative Ambassador: Adaptable and passionate about sports and entertainment; skilled at managing stakeholder networks from internal executives to local city representatives to drive growth.
