As a Midweight Designer in the Formula E Design Team, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class designs for a globally recognised motorsport championship. Working collaboratively within a dynamic team and alongside Senior Designers, you’ll create designs that directly contribute to the excitement and engagement of fans worldwide. Leading on key race event projects, you’ll own design initiatives from research and ideation to final production.
Key Deliverables
- Elevate and Champion Brand Identity – You’ll ensure consistency across all touch points by upholding and evolving Formula E’s visual identity, including colour, typography, and design systems.
- Deliver Versatile Creative Assets – From dynamic event branding to engaging digital content, you’ll bring our brand story to life by producing high-quality designs from concept to execution.
- Ignite Creative Innovation – Develop and present strong creative concepts, ensuring innovative and engaging design solutions that align with brand objectives.
- Streamline Design Workflow – Your organisational skills will be key in managing assets and templates, ensuring a smooth and efficient creative process.
- Collaborate & Inspire – You’ll work alongside talented creatives, sparking inspiration while contributing to a vibrant, positive team culture.
What we’re looking for in you
- Creative Expertise & Experience : A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in event branding, brand identity, motion design and marketing collateral.
- Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design tools as a plus.
- Innovative & Detail-Oriented : A passion for generating fresh ideas, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished designs.
- Strong Communication & Presentation : Ability to articulate and clearly explain creative concepts and strategies to multiple and various stakeholders.
- Team Player : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
- Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
