Your Role
As a Midweight Designer in the Formula E Design Team, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class designs for a globally recognised motorsport championship. Working collaboratively within a dynamic team, you will assist senior designers and lead on key race event projects, taking ownership of design initiatives from research and ideation to final production.
Key Deliverables
- Maintain & Elevate Brand Identity – Ensure consistency across all touch points by upholding and evolving Formula E’s visual identity, including colour, typography, and design systems.
- Deliver Versatile Creative Assets – Work across event branding, digital content, marketing materials, and activations, producing high-quality designs from concept to execution.
- Drive Creative Ideation – Develop and present strong creative concepts, ensuring innovative and engaging design solutions that align with brand objectives.
- Manage Design Assets & Workflow – Organise and maintain design files, master assets, and templates to streamline production and enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate & Inspire – Work closely with internal teams and external specialists, such as illustrators and animators, while contributing to a positive, creative team culture.
What We Are Looking For
- Creative Expertise & Experience – Sufficient experience in design with a strong portfolio showcasing event branding, brand identity, and marketing collateral.
- Technical Proficiency – Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design tools as a plus.
- Innovative & Detail-Oriented – Passion for generating fresh ideas, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished designs.
- Strong Communication & Presentation – Ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and strategies to multiple stakeholders.
- Team Player & Collaborative Mindset – Thrives in a team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared creative goals.
