The Role: Are you a highly experienced video expert ready to lead the motion side of a dynamic inâhouse creative team? We are looking for a Senior Video Creative to report to the Content Director, taking ownership of the video and motion team and content delivery. This is a key leadership role that requires a blend of management expertise and exceptional handsâon editing skills. You will be instrumental in creating highâimpact video assets for use across digital, performance marketing and events, ensuring creative output aligns perfectly with the Brand and Content Directors' vision.
- Team Leadership & Direction: You will manage our video editors and motion designer, guiding their output and implementing content delivery in line with the overall creative direction.
- Handsâon Creation & Delivery: This role requires you to remain a handsâon expert, delivering impactful video assets across multiple touch points. You will ensure all content is delivered meticulously, to brief and on time.
- Strategic & Collaborative Input: Work as a pivotal member of the wider marketing function, contributing significantly to the ideation process for content plans and production. You'll need to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required by the season's race calendar.

- The Expert Video Designer: You are an undisputed expert in editing impactful video content. Your experience demonstrates the ability to consistently deliver highâquality, engaging assets for various media.
- The Collaborative Leader: Your background includes experience managing creative team members (video editors/motion designers). You are a highly collaborative and teamâoriented individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across different teams and functions.
- The Creative & Strategic Thinker: You possess the ability to ideate innovative content concepts and are constantly striving for improvement and progress with a clear performance mindset.
- Resilience and Drive: You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changing priorities and maintaining a proactive, flexible attitude.
