The Role
Are you ready to help drive the global supply chain for the world’s most innovative racing series? We’re looking for a Procurement Manager – Global Suppliers to join our fast‑paced team. Reporting directly to the Senior Procurement Manager – Global Suppliers, you will serve as an expert and champion for the procurement department, advising and managing procurement for allocated global packages in collaboration with stakeholders across the business. You will ensure compliance with company policies and standards, while acting as a champion for sustainability within the organisation and its broader ecosystem.
- Tender & Contract Execution: Manage the end‑to‑end tender process for allocated global packages of work, assist contract managers in defining the scope of services, identify risk items, negotiate best and final offers from providers, draft contract documents, review and document variations, and assist in resolving contract disputes or re‑measuring packages of works via the change control process.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively manage assigned suppliers on an ongoing basis, monitor supplier performance against contractual deliverables, negotiate payment terms and deviations from standard terms & conditions, and ensure all initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented.
- Performance Tracking & Strategy: Work with contract managers to identify and set tangible, specific, and measurable KPIs; maintain the global procurement tracker; and ensure all required NDAs, prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), and sustainability questionnaires (SQs) are managed seamlessly.

- The Global Procurement Expert: Proven experience leading end‑to‑end procurement processes and supply chain management for global packages, ideally within an international or multi‑country environment. Highly skilled, eager to deliver value, and a demonstrated track record of championing sustainability within a corporate ecosystem.
- The Value Creator: Excellent negotiation skills, securing cost reductions, optimal payment terms, and navigating market nuances. Strong contract and supplier management capabilities, including drafting contracts, managing variations, and assisting in dispute resolution.
- The Data‑Driven Strategist: Comfortable with figures, excelling at collecting, analysing, and interpreting data. Identifies risk packages, sets specific, measurable KPIs, formulates strategic recommendations for senior leadership, and maintains trackers, NDAs and questionnaires.
- The Pragmatic Partner: A pragmatic, “can‑do” mentality with a drive for excellent results. Exceptional collaborative communication skills, working seamlessly with junior and senior colleagues, legal, finance, and external suppliers, and building strong relationships across the board.

This is a hybrid role and you’ll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
