Overview
Are you a culturally agile marketing strategist ready to spearhead commercial growth across one of the world's most dynamic and diverse regions?
We are looking for a GTM Manager to join the Formula E team.
You will be the engine room for our growth in APAC, serving as a passionate marketer who understands that APAC is not just one market, but many and knows exactly how to show up authentically and commercially in each one.
Operating with a high degree of cultural intelligence and executional precision, you will be responsible for building and executing the APAC go‑to‑market plan to drive ticket sales and event attendance across a region spanning multiple time zones, languages and fan cultures.
You will balance global strategy with highly localised execution, adapting global frameworks into locally resonant campaigns, activating the right performance marketing mix for each distinct market and keeping every regional stakeholder perfectly aligned and working from the same master plan.
Responsibilities
- Own the APAC GTM Plan: Build, maintain, and own the central APAC go‑to‑market plan, the single source of truth for all regional marketing activity, audience targeting, channel strategy and ticket sales targets.
Keep this plan current, commercially grounded and ensure all stakeholders work seamlessly from it.
- Performance Marketing & Channel
Mix: Plan and execute paid and performance marketing activity across the entire APAC region.
Select, deploy and continuously optimise the right mix of digital and traditional channels tailored to each market’s unique media landscape.
- Drive Ticket Sales & Commercial
Conversion: Execute targeted promotional plans that turn brand awareness into ticket purchases.
Focus on markets where Formula E is still establishing its fan base, ensuring each local activation builds audiences and fills grandstands.
- Promoter Alignment & Agency
Management: Serve as the primary link between central ticketing and local race promoters, navigating different commercial structures, languages and cultural expectations.
Manage regional agency relationships across creative, media and activation, setting clear ambitions and holding partners to strict performance standards.
- Data & Insights Mastery: Monitor sales velocity and conversion rates across all regional channels. Extract insights to inform and sharpen the core strategy.
Qualifications
- APAC Market Specialist: Deep, nuanced understanding of the cultural, commercial and media landscapes across APAC markets.
- Performance Marketing Expert: Hands‑on experience running sophisticated paid media and multi‑channel campaigns with a clear focus on marketing spend and tangible ticket outcomes.
- Global
Communicator: Outstanding communication skills to translate a global brand vision into local relevance and manage relationships across substantial time‑zone and language differences.
- Analytical Thinker: Comfortable working inside data dashboards, translating complex data sets and sales metrics into actionable storylines for campaign performance.
