The Role: Are you a commercially‐minded creative who can turn "blue‐sky" thinking into high‐revenue reality? We are looking for a Creative Solutions Manager to join the Formula E team. This isn't just a marketing role; it is a strategic mission to translate our core purpose, "make progress thrilling", into world‐class commercial propositions and multi‐channel campaigns that captivate a global audience. You will be the vital bridge between the Commercial, Brand and Creative teams. You will balance data‐led strategy with high‐stakes storytelling, ensuring that while our cars push the limits of technology on the track, our partnership proposals push the boundaries of innovation in the boardroom. You will oversee the end‐to‐end development of bespoke concepts, ensuring every activation is as operationally viable as it is "cool."

  • Strategic Proposal Development & Visual Excellence: You don't just build pitch decks; you craft "best‐in‐class" narratives. Using expert‐level presentation software, you will conceptualise bespoke partnership ideas for prospective global sponsors, ensuring every document is visually elite, persuasive and perfectly aligned with the Formula E brand.
  • Data‐Driven Strategy & Asset Innovation: You are a "Cultural Alchemist" who leverages Business Intelligence to ground every wild idea in hard data. You will proactively develop new creative inventory, from digital platforms and live event touchpoints to celebrity integrations, ensuring our commercial assets solve complex business challenges for partners while deepening fan engagement.
  • Cross‐Functional Leadership & High‐Stakes Pitching: You are the operational glue that holds the vision together. You will collaborate with Digital, Events and Design teams to ensure every campaign is executable within the global race calendar. Beyond the office, you will step into the spotlight alongside Sales Directors, presenting and "selling‐in" your creative visions directly to senior stakeholders and global brand leaders.

What we're looking for in you:

  • The Commercially‐Minded Creative: You possess a substantial track record in a similar role within sport, advertising, or creative consultancy. You have a proven ability to lead the creative execution on winning pitches, balancing "out‐of‐the‐box" innovation with the business logic required to take a campaign from development to commercialisation.
  • The Expert Storyteller: Your presentation skills are second to none. You are an expert in Google Slides, Keynote and Adobe Express, with a refined eye for visual taste. You can "read the room" and weave complex insights into a compelling narrative that inspires internal teams and external partners alike.
  • The Diplomatic Collaborator: You are a master bridge‐builder. You have the interpersonal skills to navigate the differing priorities of Brand, Sales and Operations teams, finding "win‐win" solutions that keep projects on track. You thrive in fast‐paced environments and can pivot quickly when deadlines shift without losing momentum.
  • The Strategic Visionary: You are a self‐starter with a finger on the pulse of contemporary culture, music and lifestyle trends. You possess the autonomy to manage multiple workstreams independently and the resilience to deliver high‐level results across a global race calendar. You don't just follow trends, you create the "thrill" that moves the world forward.

What's in it for you:

  • 25 days' annual leave, Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave
  • Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event
  • Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Flexible Bank Holidays
  • Paid volunteer and carer's leave
  • Cycle to Work and Electric Car Scheme
  • Formula E store discount
