The Role:
Are you passionate about digital, data, and sport? We are looking for a Commercial and Digital Insights Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage social media, PR and digital marketing data to deliver tangible insights and strategic recommendations to our marketing, commercial and wider business teams. You will be a curious thinker who crafts clear narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making across the organisation.
Operating at the intersection of digital intelligence, storytelling and business strategy, you will transform complex data into actionable commercial value. From evaluating platform trends to collaborating with high-profile partners and agencies, you will ensure our marketing and commercial initiatives are underpinned by robust, high-quality data insights.
- Social & Digital Intelligence: You analyse social, PR and digital data to uncover content, audience, industry and cultural insights. Utilising a range of social intelligence and analytics tools, you support reporting and measurement while identifying emerging platform trends, audience behaviours and growth opportunities for internal stakeholders, external partners and teams.
- Reporting & Visualisation: You support your team in partnership and reporting, ensuring analytical quality, accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. You create compelling, easily digestible reports, dashboards and presentations using data visualisation tools to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research Operations & Agency Management: You oversee day-to-day relationships with external insights and research agencies, managing timelines and workflows to ensure high-quality, impactful delivery that directly supports our strategic objectives.
- Actionable Recommendations & Commercial Strategy: You translate complex dataset findings into clear, commercially focused recommendations. Your work directly informs marketing and commercial strategies, driving business growth and enhancing commercial relevance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You partner closely with marketing, commercial and digital teams to deeply understand their business objectives, serving as a trusted analytical partner to guide and elevate their strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for in you:
- The Curious Thinker: You possess a creative, curious mindset with a genuine passion for social media, digital insights and the fast-paced world of sports and entertainment.
- The Data Storyteller: You have a natural talent for building clear, compelling narratives from data, with foundational experience in social marketing analytics, digital analytics, or communications measurement and a desire to present impactful insights to cross-functional teams.
- The Tech-Savvy Analyst: You bring hands-on experience with social listening and measurement platforms (such as Brandwatch, Emplifi, Blinkfire and Hookit), a deep understanding of major platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), their algorithms and performance metrics, alongside proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and Adobe tools.
- The Commercial Strategist: You possess a strong understanding of how digital insights drive commercial success, along with solid analytical capabilities to perform calculations, identify trends and translate data into business growth opportunities.
- The Collaborative Communicator: You are an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of sharing complex data clearly and collaboratively, building strong relationships with internal teams and external research partners alike.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
