The Role: Are you a true creative dynamo who doesn’t see lines between formats? We are looking for an ultra-imaginative, highly skilled all-rounder to join our content delivery team, driving engagement across social media and capturing the thrilling action at our race days. This is a pivotal role that blends high-impact, fast-paced video editing with an eye for stunning photography and a constant flow of fresh ideas. If you live and breathe youth culture, know what hits online and have the enthusiasm to make a significant visual impact every day, we want to hear from you.
- Vertical Video & Social Native: You will be a native in editing fast-paced, entertaining Reels and Shorts, knowing exactly how to hook and keep an audience engaged all season long. We need someone who can turn broadcast footage into compelling social clips and deliver high-impact vertical content consistently.
- Content Ideation & Collaboration: Be a creative contributor to the wider marketing function, helping to ideate innovative content concepts and production plans. You’ll work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required by the season’s race calendar.
What we’re looking for in you:
- The Social-First Creator: Your background is in digital content creation, with expert-level video design skills focused on editing for platforms like Reels and Shorts. You have a keen awareness of global cultural trends and audience behaviours, always having your "finger on the pulse."
- The Flexible and Proactive Team Player: You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changing priorities and capable of building strong relationships across different teams. We need someone with a positive attitude who is constantly striving for improvement and progress.
- The 'Chronically Online' Thinker: You embody a creative thinker and performance mindset, ready to contribute to content plans. Being "chronically online" (in a good way!) is a huge advantage, you instinctively know what content resonates and how to get noticed. Strong photography skills would also be a great bonus to support on Race Days!
