Are you an operational mastermind with a passion for high‑stakes logistics and a talent for building a world‑class media service? We are looking for a Communications Operations Coordinator to serve as the functional engine of the Formula E press office. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will be the bridge between the paddock and the public, ensuring that from the first accreditation request to the final checkered flag, the media experience is seamless and professional.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Architect & Media Logistics: Lead designer of the on‑site Media Centre. From initial scoping to the final technical layout, ensure a world‑class environment for journalists, photographers and broadcasters. Own the end‑to‑end accreditation process, managing 100% compliance with FIA standards and legal requirements.
- Process Optimisation & Tactical Operations: Develop and refine inter‑departmental workflows that connect Sporting, Technical and Event teams. Manage budgets, supplier contracts and the end‑to‑end purchase order process, driving lean and efficient global operations.
- On‑Site Excellence & Stakeholder Liaison: Primary contact in the high‑pressure race weekend environment. Coordinate grid moments, press conferences with Tech & Broadcast teams, troubleshooting real‑time requirements for the press, and oversee the digital transformation of the media experience.
Qualifications

- The Collaborative Road Warrior: Willingness to travel to every Formula E race, arriving a week before the event to lead on‑site media service; proactive team player building strong cross‑functional relationships.
