The Role: Are you an agile, highâenergy communications professional ready to launch your career on the global stage of the worldâs most progressive racing series? We are looking for a Communications Executive to join the Formula E team. This is more than a support role; it is a fastâpaced immersion into the heart of elite motorsport, sustainability and international event management. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will be a vital gear in the machine that drives our global narrative. From the highâpressure environment of the paddock to the strategic planning of global announcements, you will support the team in delivering a worldâclass media experience. You will be the âboots on the groundâ at many of our races, ensuring our spokespeople are briefed, our media relationships are worldâclass and our story is told with precision across every continent we visit.
Global Strategy & Tactical Support: You are the backbone of the communications departmentâs daily operations. You will support the execution of race promotion strategies, maintaining comprehensive GoâToâMarket (GTM) plans that align ticketing, local activation and event planning. Whether itâs a partnership launch or a sustainability announcement, you ensure every project, large or small, is tracked, organised and executed to perfection.
RaceâWeek Operations & Media Hosting: You thrive in the electric atmosphere of a race weekend. You will manage the endâtoâend logistics of our Invited Media Programme, coordinate media accreditation and oversee the âpress officeâ environment. Youâll be the primary support for executive briefing processes, ensuring our leadership is prepared to champion Formula Eâs core pillars, specifically our pioneering corporate sustainability initiatives, under the glare of the international spotlight.
Integrated Communications & Asset Management: You bridge the gap between strategy and delivery. You will manage the vital âbrilliant basicsâ, from drafting highâquality press materials and monitoring global media coverage to briefing photographers and managing digital assets. You wonât just follow the news; you will identify trends and opportunities that help Formula E grow its footprint in the competitive landscape of global sport. Youâll also ensure weâre reporting regularly on our KPIs and monitoring coverage in real time.

- The Emerging Specialist: You have a solid foundation in PR or marketing communications, backed by a relevant degree or handsâon experience in a fastâpaced agency or corporate environment. You understand the âmedia sellâinâ and possess the research skills to identify the right journalists and influencers for our unique brand of electric racing.

This is a hybrid role and youâll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
